Welcome to the Kaspar Companies!
Beginning in 1895, August Kaspar, our founder,
used smooth wire, discarded with the coming of barbed wire to Texas, to make corn
shuck baskets and horse muzzles. Today, 100 years later, our company manufactures
thousands of wire, tubing and sheetmetal products, truck accessories, electrocoagulation
of heavy metal treatment systems and is the world's largest manufacturer of coin-operated
newspaper racks. Kaspar Wire Works uses state-of-the art machinery in all aspects
of its operation, employs more than 400 people and occupies more than 550,000 square
feet in the small rural Texas town of Shiner. With our growth and our proud
history, we maintain the principles of our founder and the three generations that
follow his commitments....Quality, Integrity, and Service.
